DCPS FLUSHING error on HP LaserJet 8000?

The Question is:

 
where could I find informatio about this two errors reported bye the  dcps tool
  when I'm ttying to print in a HP laserjet 8000? . The errors messages are:
DCPS-I- svfntenc
DCPS-E-flushing
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not familiar with the (unfortunately incomplete)
  SVFNTENC error messages and cannot locate any previous reports of it,
  and would thus encourage an upgrade to the current version of DCPS (if
  you are not already running it), and a review of the various HP LaserJet
  8000-series discussions here in the Ask The Wizard area, and a call to
