The Question is:

 
We are looking at terminal (console) emulators with secure capture capabilites,
 running under NT, for our Alpha 4100 OpenVMS & Tru64 Unix systems.
 
Do you know of any that could do the job?
 
Any info that could help would be great.

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS could certainly perform this console task with minimal
  or no additional hardware, or (with various added functions) with
  a console management application package installed.
