Configuring TCP/IP Printing?

The Question is:

 
We wish to employ TCP/IP printing from our Alpha running OpenVMS 6.2.  Can you
 please tell me which services need to be installed and how to create and
 configure a queue to print to:
   1.  TCP/IP Printer (hp laserjet with a jetdirect card)
   2.  LPR/LPT print queue
