Seeking details of OpenVMS V7.3? (LDAP)

The Question is:

 
I have heard VMS 7.3 supports ldap as a bundled layered product. Is that
 correct? If so can I install it on version 7.2-1. Does the product provide
 calls to a ldap directory server from compiled programs? DCL?
 

The Answer is :

 
  LDAP (Client) is expected to be part of the OpenVMS V7.3 release, but
  specifics  and packaging and licensing information is not yet available
  -- the OpenVMS V7.3 release is itself not yet available, and is expected
  to start shipping in Q4CY2000 - Q1CY2001.
