The Question is:

 
I have a DECServer 700 with an indicator light of 3 on the back. WHat does this
 mean?
 
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center, or your hardware
  service organization, for assistance with the DECserver series terminal
  server devices.  (The OpenVMS Wizard is not in a position to provide
  support for most hardware devices, and particularly not for network
