Advanced Server files go missing, doubled?

The Question is:

 
On a dual host Alpha SCSI cluster we have the following installed:
 
OpenVMS 7.2 with Advanced Server 7.2
 
Problem: After some time (several days) on several shares lots of files are
 missing.
Also we have seen double files sometimes.
 
Is this a known problem an is there a patch for it.

The Answer is :

    Known Problem, contact the Compaq Customer Support Center for latest
    ECO kits for both Advanced Server and for the OpenVMS XQP layer.
