Problems with LPR Printing?

The Question is:

 
We are printing to a remote queue using LPD/LPR.
The UCX version is:
 
DIGITAL TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Alpha Version V4.2 - ECO 1 on a AlphaServer
 4100 5/466 4MB running OpenVMS V7.1-1H2
 
The problem is that only the first line of the docoment is printed.
After several tests we have realised that at the end of the line the queue send
 the <LF> but not the <CR>.
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please first move to TCP/IP Services V5.0A.
 
  Then please review the IP printing information in topic 1020.
 
  Then please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center directly, as
  information on the network printing configuration and the printer and
