The Question is:

 
Where can I find information on setting up redundant NIC's with IP address
failover under OpenVMS?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS TCP/IP Services does not currently offer NetRAIN, though
  the cluster alias capabilities can provide related capabilities.
  Pending availability of this support, you would thus likely need
  to look at a switch or router that translates the IP addresses.
