I have problem with mount verification on
mVax3100/40,firm.ver 1.4.>>>D/I 14 C -isn`t functional.Mount ver.is on all
disc(3x RZ26).
This problem is one per month.
How reset SCSI without reboot?
The Answer is :
It would appear that this MicroVAX 3100 model 40 has a SCSI hardware
error, a SCSI configuration error, incorrect SCSI termination error,
a unit collision, a SCSI device or controller hardware problem, or an
overlong SCSI bus. There is little that the OpenVMS Wizard can do to
determine the particular cause of this problem in this forum -- please
contact your hardware service organization for assistance in resolving
this apparent hardware problem.
Short of performing a hardware reset, there is no SCSI reset available
on this system.
