We previuosly had a problem with ereror IOSB 660

Please help with any suggestions

The Answer is :

Assuming that the information on TCP/IP Services timeouts and retries
found in topic 1020 does not assist -- sometimes the retries can be a
little too fast for certain printers -- please contact the folks at
the Compaq Customer Support Center directly. Also check that the
printer involved is itself up to current revision, as there are some
printers around with known problems. Also check to see if you have
  intermittent errors on your network.
