TCP/IP SET HOST network configuration?

The Question is:

 
I need to change the IP address in UCX...I did the command
   $ UCX
   UCX>set host XXX /address=200.000.00.10
 
do I need to remove XXX first?
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would generally assume that having the new
  name and new address available before attempting to assign it
  would be the most expeditious course.  Use SET NOHOST.
 
  Please move to (at least) OpenVMS Alpha V7.1-2 or V7.2-1, and
  to (at least) TCP/IP Services V5.0A or later.
