The Question is:
alpha server 4100,system says drive offline after I swab a hard drive,same size
drive. i can install the original back in and the drive is recognize
The Answer is :
Please contact your hardware service organization, as information
on the particular SCSI drive and any revelent SCSI or drive errors
will be required. Please note that hot-plugging SCSI devices can
lead to SCSI errors and to various data corruptions.
