The Question is:
I'm running TCP/IP Services for OVMS V4.2 ECO 3 on my AlphaServer DS/20 with
OVMS 7.1-2.
I have a Unix server that runs a script every 5 minutes and FTPs data to my
Alpha. About twice a day, the script fails with an "ftp: connect: Connection
refused" message.
At the same time, I get the following OPCOM message at the Alpha console -
INTERnet ACP AUXS failure Status = %System-F-Duplnam
Any thoughts?? The script runs 288 times a day, but will fail only about twice
a day. Some days, it will not fail at all.
Thanks!
The Answer is :
Please upgrade to (at least) TCP/IP Services V5.0A.
Please also check the FTP logs (UCX$FTPD.LOG or TCPIP$FTPD.LOG)
to see why (or if) the FTP Server is failing.
If the problem persists on V5.0A, please contact the Compaq Customer
Support Center.
