The Question is:
I have had alpha 1000 crash twice in a matter of two weeks. the problem the
first time we thought was the box was placed by a cooled air return and was
really dirty inside. I was told by the customer that they moved the box.
It went down again today and this is the dump message I got: "Unexpected
system service exception" any Idea what this could be?

correct operation of the system hardware, then please contact the
Compaq Customer Support Center to evaluate the particular cause
of the unexpected system service system crash -- some additional
details, as well as CLUE CRASH output, will likely be required.
