Errant OPCOM Output?

The Question is:

 
We've notice that sometime OPCOM message do not get written to the operator log
 files.  But  print on the console printer.  Can you explain this problem

  Have you examined the settings of the OPC$ logical names in the
  SYLOGICALS.COM procedure?  (Also see SYLOGICALS.TEMPLATE.)
 
  If this does not resolve your question, please acquire the current
  settings and examples of the (errant) OPCOM messages and please
