Print to File? (Custom Symbiont)

The Question is:

 
How can I create a print que that will send it's
output to a file on another drive/directory.
 

The Answer is :

 
  Various print symbionts that print to a file have been available
  from DECUS and other user organizations over the years.  Tools
  such as DBS-NULLSYMBIONT on the OpenVMS Freeware will also be
