The Question is:

 
Please direct me to a resource that will explain how best to monitor / manage
 terminal server ports.   My specific ports are used for modems connected to
 our LAN used for outgoing faxing.  I need to be able to automate their
 monitoring and resetting if ne
cessary.

  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center, as rather more
  information on the terminal servers and the problem(s) seen (if
  any) will be required.
