SYS$LOGIN and other job logical names?

The Question is:

 
When creating a detached process I noticed there are no logicals defined in the
 JOB table, in particular SYS$LOGIN. I would like the detached process to
 define SYS$LOGIN to the normal value of the account used in its creation, is
 this possible?
