The Question is:

 
While troubleshooting a third party product, I was instructed to use the "set
 watch" command.  I was unable to find anything about it on the OpenVMS
 documentation web site.  Where can I find more information about this command?

  The DCL command SET WATCH is undocumented and unsupported.
