Seeking SSH for OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
Hello,
I am looking for a means of implementing Secure Telnet and FTP sessions.
 Something along the lines of the SSH (Secure Shell) utility available in the
 UNIX world.
 
I have been unable to find any hint of such a product or utility in the FAQ, or
 in the DSN database. I have in fact posted this question via WIS, and recieved
 a negative response.
 
Do you know if there is such a product or utility available? This would be for
 VMS 6.2 and up on both Alpha and VAX.

  Please look at the OpenVMS FAQ again, searching for "SSH" in
  the FAQ section SOFT1.  Some work within OpenVMS Engineering
