Transfering a BACKUP saveset?

The Question is:

 
How can I backup, to tape, a saveset on disk?  The backup command does not let
 me put the "/saveset" qualifier on both input filespec and output filespec.
 The backup command, also, always assumes that anything going to tape has the
 "/saveset" qualifier.

The Answer is :

 
  BACKUP the saveset, (creating a saveset in a saveset), or use
  COPY to transfer the saveset, or explode the saveset out and
  reBACKUP to the new target, or acquire and use the Saveset
  Manager package.
