Adjusting Cluster Credits?

The Question is:

 
Is there a way to adjust the number of SCS credits a VMS node extends to ther
 nodes?
 
I know there is SYSGEN parameter MSCP_CREDITS, but this only controls credits
 on MSCP connections over SCS, as I understand it.
 
How about the more general case, including Distributed Lock Manager SCS
 communications?
