The Answer is :
By the time you get this answer, chances are good that the file will
have been overwritten. If you have dismounted and set aside the disk,
and/or you and all other accessors have not written anything to the
disk (and thus there is chance that the disk storage cluster(s)
involved have not been reallocated for other file(s)), please see the
Freeware DFU tool. (You will also want to re-evaluate your current
file backup strategy, obviously.)
