Reconfiguring TCP/IP Services?

» close window

The Question is:

How do I change the subnet mask address within UCX? set interface "interface
 name" /host=hostname / ?????...

Also, do I need to define this for the next reboot...

After the set command, is there any config procedure that needs to be run for
 the change to take effect?

The Answer is :

TCPIP$CONFIG is the usual approach for resetting this and other IP
routing and addressing-related values -- please see the TCP/IP Services
documentation for details. Once the value has been set via the
TCPIP$CONFIG utility, the value will be available when TCP/IP Services
  next restarts.
