Installing PATHWORKS Client?

The Question is:

 
Do you have any advice or information for someone wishing to install Pathworks 32 V7.1A on a MS NT Small Business Server V4.5 with SP4?
 
When we first tried this we got multiple Dr. Watson crashes which were unable to write their logs to disk. We were unable to uninstall or overwrite changed files with a Service Pack (many files were in-use) and had to restore from back up.

The Answer is :

 
    Please contact your local Compaq Customer Support Center and
    request the latest patches/fixes for PATHWORKS 32 V7.1a.
 
    There is a known problem with PATHWORKS 32 V7.1a and NT4,
    Service Pack 4 systems that is fixed in the latest patches.
 
    If installing the latest patches does not resolve the problem,
    please work with the Customer Support Center to better define
