The Question is:

 
Are there any plans to offer a license for Pathworks as a part of the Compaq/DECUS hobbyist license program?
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would expect that royalty issues will preclude
  inclusion of PATHWORKS (Advanced Server) as part of the OpenVMS
  Hobbyist license.  As a potential (and available) alternative to
