Available TCP/IP Stacks?

The Question is:

 
I am trying to transition an old machine out and I require TCP/IP services for several months (that's the length of the project). It is an older MIcrovax using Vax VMS 5.5-2 . Other than buyinh and old release of UCX what are my options are there any "OPE
NSOURCE" types out there ?????

  Please contact your Compaq Reseller or Compaq representative if this
  can potentially involve a temporary loan of products (for the TCP/IP
  Services package).
