User accounting? (login, logout times)

The Question is:

 
Does VMS 5.5-2 has the capability of tracking the log in and log out time of
each user?  How to enable such function?  How could I see the record?

The Answer is :

 
  Please see the OpenVMS documentation on the ACCOUNTING utility.
 
  On many OpenVMS versions, the security auditing mechanisms can
