The _OpenVMS Developer's Guide to VMSINSTAL_ (AA-PWBXA-TE) manual is
available in the archived portion of the OpenVMS on-line documentation.
The _POLYCENTER Software Installation Utility Developer's Guide_
(AA-Q28MC-TK) (PCSI) is available in the current documentation set.
PCSI tends to be the recommended approach (over VMSINSTAL) when working
with OpenVMS V6 and later OpenVMS target releases.
