queue stopped.

question -- what happens when the system startup is attempted?
Does the system power up? Does the system complete self-test?
Are the expected devices visible from the console prompt? Does
the OpenVMS bootstrap start? How far into the OpenVMS startup
does the system get? Is the system clustered? Are any error
messages displayed? What sort of Alpha system is involved?
