Seeking Printing Protocol Manual?

The Question is:

 
I am attempting to print to an HP8000 which supports LN03 emulation.
 
I am looking for the Digital ANSI-Compliant Printing Protocol Level 3
Programming Reference Manual.
 
I need to create a file with specific escape sequences in it and then add it
to a device control library.
 
Where can I find this manual or information on the website?  I need to know
how to control page orientation, lines per inch, etc.

  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center -- the OpenVMS Wizard
  is not aware of any on-line version of this documentation available at
