The licensing limits vary by the specific type of license
installed -- please see the OpenVMS Software Product Description
(SPD) for the available license types, and see the OpenVMS License
Management documentation for assistance in understanding and in
decoding the currently-installed license PAKs.
The number of users that can be added varies based on the current
system load -- the system may or may not have the performance
necessary for the additional users.
