Configuring IP Printing Services?

The Question is:

 
I'd like to know how to run LAT over a TCP/IP connection or else how to
create a Line Printer using TCP/IP (not queued)
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Protocols such as LAT and SCS operate directly over the network,
  and are not routed or encapsulated, and cannot be operated over
  DECnet or IP.
