Unexpected Machine Check?

The Question is:

 
Sirs,
 
We have VaxStation II/GPX and running VMS v5.4.
But it can't work now. The message is " %SYS... Unexpected machine check.
?06 INST..."
 
The disk driver is RD54. I have tried to change it and the controller, but
didn't work. Even if I boot from the tape.

  This is very likely a hardware problem of some sort, ranging from
  a CPU or memory problem to an I/O or controller problem...
