The Question is:

 
How do I print a .TIFF or .GIF file under OpenVMS to a PCL Printer?
 

The Answer is :

 
  Try using the printing capabilities of the Netscape Navigator or
  Mozilla web browser...  As for converting Postscript files to PCL
  for printing, that task is usually performed via a tool such as
