Creating print forms?

The Question is:

 
How do I create forms for printing ?  I have an
HP5N printer and I am having problems getting the
text to appear properly on the page.  Can I use
the settings on the HP5N or does the form override
the settings on the HP5N ?

  Information on creating and managing forms is available in the OpenVMS
  System Manager's manual, part of the OpenVMS documentation set.  In
