Accessing Windows NT database from OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
I am designing an interface between RMS files on our Alpha and an SQL
Database on Win NT 4.0.  My question is:  Is there a way I can access the
Win NT SQL Database directly from the cobol programs on the Alpha.

  Various vendors offer ODBC and callable SQL support on OpenVMS.
  Oracle Rdb or Attunity Connect (formerly ISG Navigator), for
  instance, offer products with capabilities that may be of
