DECnet for Solaris?

The Question is:

 
I am working on a project where files need to
be transfered from a 2.5.1 Solaris box to a VMS
box.  The VMS box is on a WAN and controlled by
another firm which does not want to allow FTP
into the box.  I have heard that there is a
package to allow Solaris to interface to VMS via
DecNet.  Any knowlege on this or leads on how
to pursue this?

The Answer is :

 
  TCP/IP and DECnet are equivalent in many ways -- there would appear to
  be politics involved here, and there is seldom a reasonable technical
  solution to a political problem.
 
  A quick search pass of "+ solaris + decnet" at AltaVista found several
  products here, not the least of which are SunLink DNI and kiNET.
