We want to use the IMS API for DECmessageQ on Windows NT... Is it available ?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not familiar with the BEA MessageQ (formerly known
  as DECmessageQ) product, and would recommend contacting the BEA folks
