Storage: Disk corruption

The Question is:

After a SCSI bus problem I have a disk with a lost file
that has an incorrect file spec. How can I get rid of this
file ?  The ANALYZE/DISK Utility has the following result:

The Answer is:

      On the freeware CD (or web site) you will find a utility called
    "DFU". It will allow you to delete a file by specifying its FID.
    You could therefore remove this file with the command:

        $ MCR DFU DELETE $16$DKA300:/FILE=(237,2929,1)
