Ask the Wizard Questions

DECserver: 90TL download problems

The Question is: 

We cannot get a terminal server (90TL) to have its software downloaded
automatically from the alpha station. We have heard that a patch is
required for vms6.2.

Is this corect and how do we proceed?

    What are the symptoms of the fault, what sorts of line service
    OPCOMs are displayed, which DECnet (IV or OSI) is in use, and
    what has changed recently?
