RunOFF: Need RUNOFF documentation

The Question is: 

Would like to have reference material on VAX Digital Standard Runoff
Reference (DSR) Text Formatting Utility.Possibly some user manuals.  I
am currently using this text editor to write electrical job
plans. MSWord  has been some help. This program takes me
back about 20 years. Any suggestions would be helpful.

The Answer is: 

The Digital Standard Runoff manual is included on the Online Documentation
Library CD-ROM set in the "Archived Manuals" section of OpenVMS documentation.
If you wish to order a hardcopy version from Digital, the order number
is  AA-PS6HA-TE.
