Ask the Wizard Questions

New mail count problem

The Question is: 


When reading vms mail a user is told he is getting 6 messages
(example) then he reads 1 messages then exits. Then when
going back into mail he only has 4 new messages and not 5 !
This problem seems to be very intermittant and i've only
personally expericenced it once. But i have a client who tells
me it is happening frequently. I have tried all the usual stuff
such as deleteing the mail box etc...

any ideas ?
