Ask the Wizard Questions

Print Queue: LPS20 and 1st

The Question is: 


When printing to our LPS20, any output that has a FF
followed by any character other than a LF is over printed.
This happens only for the first page of output, and not
any following pages. Is there a patch of work around?

The Answer is: 

    How do you print to the LPS20?  What software package do you use?  How
    is the LPS20 connected?  We need more information, please contact your
    local support organization.
