Ask the Wizard Questions

UCX V3.3 on OpenVMS V7.0

The Question is:

After Upgrading VMS 6.2 to VMS 7.0, my UCX 3.3 stack didn't start
at all. When i run UCX$STARTUP manually, i get the following message :

%DCL-W-EXPSYN, invalid expression syntax - check operators ans operands
The inetrnet and ACP were succesfully loaded
%DCL-I-SUPERSEDE, previous value of UCX$DEVICE has been superseded
Failed to start the Internet software

What has happend here ????

The Answer is:

UCX V3.3 is not supported on OpenVMS V7.0. You can either change the
startup files manually and not be supported, or install UCX V4.0 and be
    supported.
