Sizing Storage Arrays for Performance (Tuesday May 13 - Friday May 16)

Speaker: John Fisher
This is a four day seminar that will present the Theory of Storage Performance Management, Setup and Management of OpenVMS SAN based storage, Tools for Performance Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting, and then detailed presentations on the design, data collection, analysis and best practices for OpenVMS hosts, SANs, MSA storage, EVA storage arrays and XP disk arrays.

Each day the class will take time to review one or more real world examples. Though the speakers will bring examples for discussion, they hope attendees will bring their own issues to discuss. This can include the review of performance data, such as that data from T4, as well as SAN and Storage performance data collectors.
