Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan
Director, Global Solutions Engineering
HP Services

Mark has been with HP for 23 years, starting as a software engineer at Digital developing systems and tools for remote services, including work on the first remote access consoles for OpenVMS and VAX. He has held various management positions in both Services and Engineering, leading groups closely aligned with HP labs and the product divisions.

Mark currently manages the Global Solutions Engineering organization, the HP Services organization serving as the liaison from HP Services into the HP development labs, and the group responsible for the resolution of complex technical escalations from customer sites around the globe.

Mark earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Boston College, and has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Boston University.
