Software Licensing

OpenSSL is based on the SSLeay library developed by Eric A. Young and Tim J. Hudson. The OpenSSL toolkit stays under a dual license, i.e. both the conditions of OpenSSL License and the original SSLeay license apply to the toolkit. Both these licenses are BSD-style Open Source licenses.

HP SSL is implemented from open source software components and the following open source software license applies. Using HP SSL for OpenVMS constitutes agreement to the following license terms:
