Distributed NetBeans Version 5.5 (June 2008)
Download two files:
-
One client .nbm file for your desktop system. Install distnbopenvms55_v55_100.nbm for NetBeans 5.5.1.
Notes
Distributed NetBeans 5.0 FT2 for OpenVMS was the last release in which NetBeans 5.0 is supported.
Customers are strongly encouraged to upgrade to NetBeans 5.5.1.
If you have been using the Distributed NetBeans plug-in for NetBeans 5.5 Beta 2, you must
uninstall NetBeans 5.5 Beta 2 from your Windows machine before you install NetBeans 5.5.1 (from NetBeans.org) and the
Distributed NetBeans V5.5 client module.
The .nbm file is case-sensitive.
The downloaded file should be named distnbopenvms55_v55_100.nbm.
-
One IDE server .PCSI_xxxEXE file, where xxx is AXP or I64,
depending on the system on which you will install the IDE Server.
Note: Below is the Distributed NetBeans
Client Module with renewed certificate.
The new .nbm file does not include any bug fixes.
If you are downloading the .PCSIxxx_EXE file to a Windows system, move the downloaded file
to your OpenVMS system using either a shared network drive or FTP.
Distributed NetBeans Version 1.1-1 (February 2006)
Download the client .nbm file to your desktop system
and one of the IDE server
.PCSI_xxxEXE files, where xxx is AXP or I64,
depending on the system on which you will install the IDE Server.
Note During the installation of the Distributed NetBeans
client .nbm file, you can safely select the Global checkbox
on the View Certificates and Install Modules page.
