- Support for the Availability Manager is provided by HP under
OpenVMS VAX and Alpha service agreements through standard support channels.
- Two official distribution mechanisms exist for the Availability Manager:
downloading kits from this web site or using the kits on the OpenVMS VAX and Alpha media kits.
For OpenVMS on Integrity servers:
- Support for the Availability Manager Data Analyzer is provided by HP under OpenVMS I64 Foundation Operating Environment (FOE)
service agreements. It is distributed in download kits on this web site or in the OpenVMS Operating Environments media kit.
- Support for the Availability Manager Data Collector on I64 systems is provided by HP under OpenVMS I64 Enterprise
Operating Environment (EOE) service agreements or under a separate Availability Manager service agreement through standard
support channels.
- The OpenVMS I64 Operating Environments media kit is the official
distribution mechanism for the Availability Manager Data Collector kit. Supported kits and updates
must be obtained from this mechanism or from the HP Software Update Manager (SUM).
